What is the Universities Travel Policy?
It can be found at the Travel Policies and Procedures Website

What is the reimbursement rate for use of a personal vehicle for University use?
This information can be found on the web site under Business and Finance Travel Policy.

Who is allowed to drive Enterprise vehicles?
Enterprise Rent-A-Car (The university's third party provider of daily and weekly needs) vehicles may be used by University faculty, and staff.

Can I rent or lease a Enterprise vehicle for personal use?
No. Vehicles are to be used for authorized University travel by faculty, staff or student organizations.

How much does it cost to rent or lease a Enterprise vehicle?
Please see billing rate information.

Who is eligible to charter a bus?
A bus can be ordered by a University department or student organization for authorized University travel.

Does Transportation Services provide drivers for vehicles?
No. Drivers are only provided with chartered buses.

My personal vehicle will not start, will Transportation Services charge my battery?
No. Contact a local towing company.

How do I obtain service for our department vehicle?
Contact the Transportation Services Garage at 387-8511 to make arrangements for service.

How are services paid for?
All services performed by Transportation Services will be billed to a University account at the beginning of the next month for the previous month’s billing.
