
Remodeling Services is a division of the Physical Plant that is responsible for managing small to medium size remodeling projects.
The scope of Remodeling Services work ranges from simple projects such as the installation of shelving and electrical outlets, to the more complex tasks of remodeling an entire suite of offices.
Remodeling Services has the resources to manage all phases of a project from estimating costs to project completion. The Bronco Sign Shop is also part of Remodeling Services and provides computerized engraving, vinyl layout and cutting.
You can submit a request for Remodeling
Services by completing a Project Request
Form and then faxing it to the Physical Plant at 387-8538. Requests
may also be submitted by phone by calling Conn
Macomber at 387-8671, or Lori Bell at 387-8546.

Please remember to indicate on the form what kind of estimate you prefer, or if the work should be performed without an estimate.
In general, if the item never existed, then it would be a charge back expense to the department. The following types of services are a partial list of items that requesting departments must pay for:
Installing special or dedicated department equipment.
Maintaining special or dedicated department equipment.
Furniture or workstations.
Appliances.
Office painting.
Carpeting replacement.

Once we have received
your project request, it will be assigned to a Project Administrator.
This person will oversee and coordinate the project with you
from start to finish, and will be communicating with you on a
regular basis regarding the status of your project.
Large capital projects, including new construction, modifications, and alterations of existing structures, utility systems, streets and parking lots are handled by Campus Facilities.
