Zone Shop Maintenance

The Maintenance Services Division provides a "turn-key customer service" approach for our building customers. There are four maintenance shops responsible for providing "first response" to a building customer's maintenance related problem. The North and South Zone shops are designated to support the Residence Halls, Apartments, and any other Auxiliary Enterprise building. The East and West Zone shops are designated to support Academic, administrative, or any General Fund supported building. Each of these four Zone shops have the appropriate mix of journey level trades to adequately perform a first response and most of the time, resolve the building challenge. These Zone shops are open from M-F 7:00am - 3:30pm. The Zone Shop Supervisor and their Manager are the customer service representatives. They can answer your maintenance question or direct you to the appropriate individual. Customers are still asked to request all non-emergency maintenance needs on the Web.
