Customer Service - Maintenance

Concerns About Customer Service

There may be times when the quality of service provided by our department is not up to your expectations. If this should occur, we encourage you to contact the Maintenance Service Center or the supervisor of the zone maintenance shop responsible for providing the service. All concerns will be investigated and we will provide a reply to the requester.

Should you have positive comments about the services provided, we would welcome these comments and pass them on to the appropriate individuals involved.

The team leader or supervisor in the building maintenance zone will be available to you for follow-up questions or concerns about the services their team has provided. They are responsible for timely resolution to requests and the quality of services delivered. However, with limited resources, all requests must be prioritized. the team leader or supervisor will work with your needs to the best of their ability. The following is a list of zones, their supervisor and phone number. If the zone supervisor cannot resolve the issue, please contact their manager.
