Mission Statement
Western Michigan University endeavors to practice the conservation
of refrigerant. The University has institute policies that minimize
the loss of refrigerant to the atmosphere in the services and
maintenance of our existing equipment and refrigerants, as well
as in the handling, recycling, reclaiming and disposal of refrigerant.
The University is committed to taking a proactive and progressive approach to manage the CFC issues and making environmentally sound decisions that contribute to a balanced global solution.
