Power Management Features on Your Computer
In an effort to reduce energy consumed by computers across campus during inactive periods, the Energy Management department is encouraging the WMU community to use the power management features on your PC (default for Mac users). With theses power settings you can save up to $75 per computer annually in electricity! Click here to see how to enable these settings. If you are using a laptop be sure to activate these settings for both the AC and DC (plugged in and battery powered) profiles. Saving money and the environment is just a click away.
