Welcome to the Michigan APPA front line Supervisor Training web site. Michigan APPA and the University of Michigan Plant Academy have joined forces to offer a unique training opportunity for all Michigan higher facility supervisors.

The 3-day Certificate Program is designed specifically for front line supervisors who work in the higher education facility profession in Michigan.

The first annual training program will be offered during the combined Midwest APPA and Michigan APPA Educational Conference on October 8, 9, and 10, 2007 in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

The links to the left will provide you an information flyer, an overview of the 3-day program curriculum, a list and bio of the instructional staff, on-line registration, and hotel registration information.

The MiAPPA Board has approved the funds to cover the costs of the program for 30 participants. Participants must pay for transportation, housing, and some of the food costs.
