The 2007 MAPPA/MiAPPA Educational Conference will be held at the Amway Grand Plaza in Grand Rapids, Michigan. A block of rooms has been reserved for attendees and business partners.

The Amway Grand Plaza is not set up to accept on-line reservations for MAPPA/MiAPPA conference attendees. To receive the MAPPA conference rate. you must fax or mail your request directly to the hotel, using the MAPPA room reservation form. The MAPPA room reservation form is linked to this page; please download and complete. Please note hotel cancellation information on the form.

(Rates are subject to 6% sales tax and 7% hotel tax.

This special conference room rate is in effect from October 6 through the night of October 9, 2007, only if you reserve using the MAPPA room reservation form.

Again, the reservation deadline is September 10, 2007. Reservations after this date are subject to space availability and prevailing room rates.
